Payment Schedule
50% Advance Deposit at the time of booking, the remaining balance is due 30 days in advance of your reservation.

Cancelation Policy
100% refund of advance deposit should you cancel two months in advance of your reservation.
50% refund of advance deposit should you cancel one month in advance of your reservation.
No refund should you want to cancel within 30 days of your reservation.

None. Your credit card number is held on file.
